Personal training sessions are completely individualised sessions, geared towards the specific needs of a single player. These sessions are designed specifically for the individual, whether they are improving a very specific, game-like skill, are returning from an injury or have specific recovery modules. When necessary, we’ll invite extra players, rebounders and coaches to function as defenders and create game-like situations. By using all of our tools, such as personalised biomechanical video analysis, we can completely focus on every minor detail and maximise our progress during a session.
